What is FENG?

FENG matches dates, friends and business professionals together, based on fashion looks, styles and tastes. For those who love fashion:

Why Can’t I Download the App?

FENG has not launched yet. We are busy right now creating your perfect fashion companion in one mobile application! Is FENG Available on iOS?

What are FENG Accessories?

FENG is free to use but FENG Accessories, are a list of exclusive, paid for, extra features that enhance the user experience of the app. FENG Accessories can be purchased separately or as a package in one of the subscriptions we offer. For more information on this, please visit our Features Page.

What Subscriptions does FENG Offer?

FENG offers three different levels of subscriptions: Ready To Wear, Label and Haute Couture. For more information, please visit our Features Page.

Is FENG Ad Free?

For unsubscribed members, FENG is not ad free. If you wish to use the app without the interruption of ads, then you can subscribe to one of our subscriptions: Ready To Wear, Label and Haute Couture. For more information on the packages, please see our Features Page.

What are Features?

FENG is packed full of features we call Accessories, as its accessories that make outfits extra special. FENG has created virtual Accessories to enhance your app experience. We also offer three levels of Subscriptions that are made up of a collection of Accessories: Ready To Wear, Label & Haute Couture.

What are Accessories?

Accessories is the name given to the extra features that can be found in the FENG app, as it is accessories that make outfits extra special. What are Subscriptions?

Subscriptions are made up of a collection of Accessories and purchased as a package which a member can then subscribe to for a certain period of time, in order to enhance their experience of the FENG app: For example, 1 month, 6 months or 12 months. What is the Style It Out Magazine?

Our Style It Out Magazine section is for a member to create a more in-depth profile in order to really showcase themselves to any potential fashion matches. The ‘Style It Out’ magazine differs slightly for Date and Friend (BFF’s) compared to a Business User, so please find an explanation below:

Date & Friend (BFF) Style It Out Magazine

Let someone know more about you. What excites you about fashion? What are your favourite designers? Where do you like to shop? Do you have a favourite outfit? Extra chance to showcase some of your most unique and fashionable pictures that really show off your fashion style and get you noticed!

Business Style It Out Magazine

Looking to stand out from the professional fashion crowd and create quicker and more suited professional Fashion Matches?
Our Business Mode covers the following:

Connect and network with others in the fashion industry; Already in the fashion industry or looking to get into it – job hunt for vacancies and positions in the fashion industry: Searching for a new fashion recruit? This is the perfect and easiest way to recruit others already in the fashion industry or those who are looking to join the fashion industry.

With Business ‘Style It Out ’ magazine you can really showcase yourself by writing about your professional experience in the fashion industry. Upload your current CV, to add more in depth info, or if you want to recruit you can post a job; if you have a new fashion project and need a team, such as a model looking for a photographer, or any other collaboration (You can also add your linked in profile URL for that extra inch of runway!) then this is the way to fully utilise ‘Style it Out’ in Business Mode.

What is the Catwalk?

The catwalk allows FENG members to promote their profile into the fashion limelight to be seen by many more potential Fashion Matches!

What are Fashion Awards?

Does someone look super stylish and you want to give them a Fashion Awards for it? With both FENG Label and FENG Haute Couture subscriptions, you get 5 Fashion Awards a week to present to potential Fashion Matches. This is your way of telling them that you super-like them because of their style, originality, and pure trend setting and unique ways!
Fashion Awards can also be purchased independently by going to your settings and choosing this as an Accessory option.

Fashion Awards and Messaging Before Fashion Matching

For Haute Couture Subscribers, when you send a potential Fashion Match a Fashion Award, you can also attach a message with this to boost your chances of your favourite Fashion Match liking you and Fashion Matching you back.

How do I present a Fashion Award?

As you are shopping for your Fashion Matches, and there is someone you super like, let them know immediately by tapping on the Fashion Award icon on their User profile. This will notify them that they have been presented with a Fashion Award and that you as a potential Fashion Match, are interested in getting to know them better!

What is Unlimited Browsing?

When you Fashion Match with another user, FENG gives you 72 hours to start a conversation with each other before your Fashion Match is disposed of from your shopping bag. Sometimes though you may be busy creating a fashion statement elsewhere and not have time to start a creative conversation with a potential Fashion Match in this limited time frame!
With Unlimited Browsing (available on FENG Label and Haute Couture subscriptions), you get to keep that Fashion Match in your bag for another 72 hours whilst you continue to shop around. What’s not to love?!

What is Unlimited Re-Fashion Match?

If you don’t have the patience to wait for an expired Fashion Match to pop up on the FENG app again, so that you can Fashion Match for the second time, Label and Haute Couture and subscribers can Re-Fashion Match with any expired connections instantly!

What is Unlimited Rewind?

Your FENG member profile has a Rewind button in case of accidentally missing out on a potential Fashion Match. However, a non-subscriber can only rewind once. With FENG Label and Haute Couture subscriptions, you’ll never miss out again on a potential Fashion Match, as you can rewind back as much as you wish!

What is Try Before You Buy?

Before purchasing a fashion item in a shop, we tend to try it on to see if it is the perfect fit before making that leap and parting with our hard-earned money. After all, no one wants a fashion faux pas! In our App equivalent, ‘Try Before You Buy’ is where you can see which potential Fashion Match has liked you before you’ve Fashion Matched with them. This feature is only available with FENG Haute Couture subscription.

What is The Fitting Rooms?

Going to The Fitting Rooms is our equivalent of going incognito. Sometimes you want to window shop without potential Fashion Matches getting involved (like a more intense ‘Try Before You Buy’). By switching on The Fitting Rooms Accessory, only people you swiped right on will be able to see your profile.

What is a Gift-Wrapped Gift?

FENG gifts come presented in a beautiful, gift-wrapped box ready to send to your favourite fashionista. Let them know how much you love their fashion style and look by sending a gift directly into their notification.

What is a Private Sale Invitation?

If everyone was given access to a private sale, it would not be exclusive. Each private sale invitation grants the holder access to the private photos of another member catapulting them into the VIP fashion world of exclusive events, flash sales and enticing offers.

Features Coming Soon

What is Unlimited Shopping?

FENG members get a maximum of 50 shops every 24 hours (swipes) so that we keep on trend with quality control. With Unlimited Shopping, members can shop for fashion matches to their heart’s content. Unlimited Shopping can be added as an Accessory or by subscribing to one of our paid subscriptions: Ready To Wear, Label or Haute Couture.

What is Jet Setter Mode?

Jet Setter Accessory means that you can change your location to whatever destination you’re going as often as you like! *This feature is currently unavailable until we expand to other countries, but it will be available automatically once we do to any FENG Haute Couture subscribers.

What is the In-App Video Call Feature?

Don’t waste time by swapping numbers! Have a video call directly from the FENG app! For Friend and Date it’s a great way to get to know a bit more about each other and stay safe at the same time. For Business members, it makes for a great way to network/ recruit / or interview virtually!
